BloomSmith recently completed a £550,000 VAT bridging loan for a luxury hotel purchase in Northamptonshire.

The hotel purchase totalled £2,750,000, with the VAT requirement representing a potentially significant barrier to completion.

From first contact to completion, the funding was provided in three weeks, enabling the client to fund their deal in a timely fashion.

By taking a VAT loan, the client was able to avoid significant opportunity costs and dedicate their capital to delivering on the hotel’s vast potential.
