BloomSmith has delivered a £660,000 VAT bridging loan to facilitate the acquisition of an office property in Maidenhead, valued at £3,300,000.
The loan facility funded the £660,000 VAT element required at completion, enabling the borrower to retain their working capital. The transaction was completed in seven days, supporting a necessarily fast purchase process.
The deal was arranged by broker Afsheen Gul of Berkeley Commercial Finance, with legal support provided by Fladgate.
