BloomSmith has recently completed a £1,070,000 VAT bridging loan in partnership with Rainstone Money.
The loan was part of a £5.35m purchase for a commercial property in Greenford, west London.
The VAT bridging loan ensured that the purchase could proceed without impacting the buyer’s working capital.
