BloomSmith has recently delivered a £497,000 VAT bridging loan as part of a Windsor industrial property purchase.
A 120-day loan was agreed with the client as part of a £2,485,000 acquisition of two commercial units – with the facility fee being repaid over four monthly instalments.
Financing of the property purchase has been undertaken in partnership with the Hertfordshire-based brokerage Transparent Specialist Finance.
