BloomSmith has completed an £800,000 VAT bridging facility to enable the acquisition of a land site in Longbridge, Birmingham, with a total purchase price of £4 million.
The funding covered the VAT payable at completion, allowing the borrower to avoid diverting capital away from the project and maintain flexibility for subsequent development expenditure.
The transaction was introduced by Cameron Hayes of Arc & Co, who co-ordinated the process and ensured momentum was maintained across all stakeholders.
