BloomSmith delivers £212,000 VAT bridging finance for Berkshire conversion

BloomSmith has recently provided a £212,000 VAT bridging loan to support the acquisition of a commercial property in Newbury, Berkshire, earmarked for conversion to residential use.

The funding supported the £1,060,000 purchase and was arranged in partnership with Arc & Co., led by broker Tom Berry.

The completed loan represents the first in a series of transactions that the parties are collaborating on and is a prime example of how VAT funding can enable clients to complete swiftly without tying up vital working capital.
