BloomSmith and Arc & Co. have delivered a £1.525m VAT bridging loan for a property in the heart of the West End.
The loan was part of a £7.625m package to purchase a vacant Fitzrovia office building, part of which will be converted into flats.
This is the second loan that the partners have completed together in 2025.
